In November 2020, a school burned down in the village of Bolshoye Goloustnoye. According to the decree of the Governor of Irkutsk Region, it was necessary to develop a project and build a new school building as soon as possible. In order to solve this difficult task, in June 2021 the Irkutsk District Administration turned to our company.
The construction was literally "from scratch": the foundation slab was already being poured a couple of weeks after the start of the design. Our main task was to design a quickly erectable building that at the same time would meet the high requirements of safety and comfort.
The skeleton of the school was a framework-braced metal frame designed to withstand an earthquake of 8 points. The building is encased in sandwich panels, a modern material that, while lightweight and relatively inexpensive, is highly energy efficient.
This project proved that we are able to make complex complex decisions quickly, act flexibly and achieve our goals in any, even the harshest, conditions.
