The owner of the house chose the style of "Brutalism" in a modern design with elements of minimalism. The contrasting combination of black and white makes the apartment space both restrained and daring.
Lighting plays an important role in a design project. The interior uses SLOT systems with built-in LUMINATTI luminaires with the possibility of dimming, spot lighting, sconces, a designer table lamp and pendant lights, which are located at different levels relative to the ceiling height.
Also a nice accent and addition was the Relax zone with swings, which turned the balcony into a place of relaxation with a view of the city.
