The images of the unique objects are authentic, reflecting the rebellious, strong waters of Lake Baikal and the quiet tranquility of the surrounding mountains. While drawing attention to themselves, they do not destroy the integrity of the shoreline landscape, but emphasize and embellish its features.
CONCERT HALL
The concert hall for 1,000 seats is located on the stylobate, which allows you to hide parking and preserve the walking space for citizens and visitors.
On the roof of the stylobate there is a park for walks and quiet rest, as well as an amphitheater with a summer cinema. The area adjacent to the concert hall is designed for recreation for adults and children.

The facade of the building, two spirals of lamellae, contains a metaphor: with its curve it represents the restless (raging) waters of Lake Baikal.
The main volume of the facade is made of glass, which gives a view of both the lake and the city.
In addition to the concert hall, the building is intended to house conference rooms, co-working rooms and rehearsal rooms, designed for recreation for adults and children.

HOTEL COMPLEX
The hotel complex includes: the main building with rooms, administrative building with equipment rental station, medical center, spa- and fitness centers.
The administrative building is located on the steylobate. Inside the steylobate there is parking for cars and garages for rental equipment.

The landscaping of the complex is an open park for all residents and guests of the city, flowing smoothly into the woodland.
Viewpoint tower of the complex at a height of 50 meters opens panoramic view of the Baikal and the city and is an art object that creates a unique atmosphere. The project provides the organization of eco-trails leading to the lake and the creation of a fish farm on one of its banks.

DASHI NAMDAKOV'S MUSEUM-CAPSULE
Imagine you are on the pier, with only the endless smoothness of Lake Baikal around you. You begin to go down into the depths, down the stairs, which are illuminated by thin lines of light on the walls. As you approach the last step, you enter the exhibition hall and... You see all the beauty and infinity of the Baikal underwater world. The panoramic windows let the light of sunlight through the depths of the water. You can watch fish and representatives of underwater life of this unique lake passing by. The entire exposition space is filled with a serene atmosphere.
The museum capsule is located at a depth of three meters from the surface of Lake Baikal. It is fixed by metal cables to the concrete slabs, which gives a stable location and safe operation of the capsule under water. The museum is made of panoramic light-transparent structures of special strength for the possibility of operation in these conditions. The interior is an open room with the ability to freely change the exposition of the exhibition. Each exhibit is individually illuminated.
